At Metropolitan Food Service, our mission is “to inspire and fuel the minds of our customers with fresh, nutritious creative meals with a focus on convenience and affordability.” We are committed to offering our students, faculty and staff delicious, healthful choices. The Healthfully Yours program features healthy and delicious on-trend menu innovations that are lower in fat, sugar, cholesterol, and sodium and high in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. In addition the Healthfully Yours program features on-campus nutrition marketing promotions and nutrition information and education promoting an active healthy lifestyle.
